Week #3: Part I: Comprehensive Case Analysis: Identification of Problem and Identification of Products, Customers & Markets Read the assigned case and become familiar with the company’s products, customers and markets. In addition, you will identify the pertinent issues that management needs to address. Use the concepts and tools of strategic analysis to help evaluate the company’s resource strengths and weaknesses. Deliverables – Provide the following main points in your paper: 1. Overview of the company’s situation and its strategy (apprx. 2 pages) 2. Identify significant problems and issues that confront management. (approx. 1 page) Please just focus on these 2 main points. Include any outside sources and the links to all the sources. The paper should be approx. 3 pages not including the reference page. This is an informal paper. There is NO need for a cover page.
