The following are a few of the points you might want to address in the paper: What is the importance of this topic? What is the usefulness of understanding this topic in today’s corporate structure? How would you implement, train, focus on, or mentor someone on this topic? Give examples using the terms and concepts in your textbooks.(I will provide key terms) How have you/would you incorporate this topic into your current life? What example of this topic have you seen in your current or former workplace? The above questions are NOT inclusive, but they will give you a start. Save your essay in a Word document with your name included in the file name. Paper Format: A. Title Page – Include a title page formatted using APA style. Include the APA formatted Header. B. Executive Summary (We use Executive Summaries in business, not Abstracts). C. Introductory Paragraph – Include an introductory paragraph that includes your thesis sentence. You should support your thesis with supporting paragraphs and a concluding paragraph, using APA style and section headings. Be sure to include theories, models, terms, concepts, and principles, with examples, learned throughout the course. D. Reference Page – Include all sources including your textbook on a Reference page formatted in APA style. Remember, there is a difference between the formatting for hardcopy vs. electronic references. See Hints and the Course Guide for correct formatting. Five references are required with a minimum of three coming from the APUS Library and a minimum of one from your texts. Wikipedia and other wikis are not allowed as sources. Online encyclopedias, dictionaries, etc. may be used, but will not count in fulfilling your required number of references. Punctuation, essay organization format (thesis, supporting paragraphs with headings, transitions, and topic sentences, and conclusion) grammar, and documentation count toward your grade.
