Process Risks and Methodology Table 14.1 lists various risks that exist in the process architecture phase and then offers ways of mitigating those risks. It does not, however, describe what specific problems may be caused by those risks. The first five steps in this phase are all about ensuring this is done properly. Even though the project team is engaged and working hard, it is possible to fail in a project when the stakeholders or executive management is not properly engaged.
