concepts of leadership

Think of the organisational change scenario in an organisation which has occurred or is
currently occurring and in which the concepts of leadership, conflict, power and politics,
culture and managing organisational change are relevant.
Write this scenario down (in no more than 500 words or one page).
Be sure to describe the organisational change event, the type(s) of change, the main forces of
change and the targets of change. Also include the descriptions of key players in this change
scenario and descriptions of relevant situational events/variables (who?, what?, where?,
why?, how?).
This scenario should meet the following criteria:
The scenario should commence with an opening statement which sets the scene in terms of
the relevance of the scenario to you. The scenario must describe an organisational change
event/problem.
